Maintenance, Repair tasks and functions on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. Provide repair and preventive maintenance utilizing DMLSS for medical building and facility equipment. Almost all preventive maintenance such as fire protection equipment inspection, pump replacement, boiler inspection are performed by site staff.

DCDO CAMELUS is important facility in military. Okinawa Daiken awarded this option contract for facility preventive maintenance from October 2007 to September 2010.
Main works： 24hour trouble call desk, perform routine service work including urgent/priority service, preventive maintenance work, implement a facility inspection program.
Description of Contract:
(1) Routine maintenance and control of all facility equipments by utilizing central monitoring system with 24 hour resident engineers.
(2) Management of building based on related law. Room air environment measurement, reservoir cleaning, drain tank cleaning, drinking water quality inspection, boiler smoke measurement, oilier and 1st kind pressure vessel inspection, fire extinguishing equipment repair/maintenance/inspection, receiving and transforming facilities office maintenance
